DAY 1:       HANOI ARRIVAL (L)

Welcome to Hanoi, the Capital City of Vietnam!

Our local guide will be welcoming you at Noi Bai airport; it takes us 35 minutes driving to the center of Hanoi.

We will start full day city tour in Hanoi.

The 1st destination is Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (close on Monday and Friday, visiting from outside), his simple house-on-stilts and the One-Pillar pagoda near Ba Dinh Square, where the most solemn ceremonies of Hanoi take place. Go on to the Temple of Literature, the very first high school of Vietnam Scholars and a temple dedicated Confucius.

12:00 lunch will be served at local restaurant.

Uncle Ho's mausoleum is a historical work of great significance, expressing the deep feelings of the Vietnamese people for the great leader.

In the afternoon, we will move on to the Museum of Ethnology, where you can find an excellent full collection of 54 ethnic groups living in Vietnam and wonderful implications of artifacts and patterns from their traditional handicrafts and clothes. Continue the trip to picturesque West Lake to visit Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hanoi built from 6th Century.

DAY 2:       HANOI – HALONG – OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B/L/D)

DAY 4:   HUE BOAT TRIP ON PERFUME RIVER (B/L)

Firstly, you will make a cycling trip around the city to discover the slowdown of local people. Our guide takes you through Trang Tien Bridge to reach Dong Ba market. It is the busiest center in Hue city where you can buy everything here.

Next you make a boat trip downstream Perfume River, pass through Con Hen Islet where it is famous for special cuisine Hue – Com Hen “noodles and rice with mussels”. Have lunch on a boat while it cruises down the stream.

Afternoon Activities:

The boat takes you to Sinh Village’s Pier and makes a visit to this famous village in Hue city. Sinh Picture village has preserved and developed the traditional folk painting. It is to serve the spiritual life of local individuals to know the way the villagers use the newspaper made of clam powder to make purposeful paintings, but easy in lines with traditional colors.

Continue the trip by riding a bicycle to leave Sinh Village about 2 km along narrow streets and have a chance to catch beautiful countryside sights. The biking trip will lead you through green bamboo hedge, vegetable gardens and rice fields which make you amazing for the peaceful life and hidden charms. Reach Thanh Tien Paper Flower village to discover more traditional handicraft village in Hue city. Meet local people and friendly hostess to learn more of this village. Return hotel in Hue city and free to have your own dinner.

DAY 5:   FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING IN HUE (B/L)

After breakfast at the hotel, you start the new day by cyclo trip to visit Thien Mu pagoda – the oldest one in Hue city to learn clearly the starting of Hue Imperial City for the last Dynasty in Vietnam.

Next you continue cyclo riding to visit the Citadel – the Royal Palace of Nguyen Kings with several constructions of Flag Tower, Five Phoenix Tower, Thai Hoa Palace, Mieu Temple, Nine Urns Dynasties, etc. Have lunch at a restaurant.

Afternoon Activities:

Afternoon is the time for continuing to discover Royal Mausoleum of Nguyen’s Kings. You will visit two of the six beautiful mausoleums in Hue city.

Khai Dinh mausoleum gives the chance to discover the architecture of combination Oriental and Western.

Hue Ancient Capital - Cultural Heritage marked by Nguyen Dynasty

Minh Mang mausoleum gives you Oriental architecture back through harmony in between natural landscapes and construction. It is a very quiet and beautiful website to see and unwind. Back to Hue city centre and finish the tour at the hotel. Free dinner as your very own account.

DAY 6: HUE – TRANSFER TO HOIAN BY CAR – MARBLE MOUNTAIN (B/L)

Breakfast at hotel. At 08:00 Our guide will escort group from hotel in Hue to Hoian (2h45m on the way).

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.

On the way to Hoian, Our guide will take you to visit Water Mountain in the Marble Mountaion scenic system:

- Limestone cave system: Huyen Khong, Van Thong ...

- Old Buddhist works: Xa Loi tower, Linh Ung Pagoda

- Visit Non Nuoc stone carving village at the foot of the mountain

- Visiting Da Nang Buddhist Museum

- Shopping at Central Specialty Supermarket.

DAY 7:   FREE TIME IN HOIAN (B)

Breakfast at hotel. You have free time in Hoian.

Morning: Breakfast buffet at the hotel.

Depart to Ba Na Hill tourist area (Cable car ticket cost at own account: 750,000 VND / adult), where you can experience all 4 seasons of Spring - Summer - Fall - Winter in 1 day. You take the longest cable car in the world (nearly 6,000m), visit the flower garden, wine cellar, Linh Ung Pagoda, Thich Ca Phat Dai, and especially visit and take photos of the unique hand architecture Golden Bridge.

Noon: Have lunch buffet at Ba Na.

Afternoon: Visit the French Village and the world-class amusement park - Fantasy Park. Back to Danang and leisurely swim at My Khe beach.

DAY 8: FLIGHT TO HO CHI MINH – HALF DAY CU CHI TUNNELS (B)

Breakfast at hotel.

Transfer to airport for flight to Saigon. Upon arrival, we visit Cu Chi Tunnels, one of the few remaining monuments to the Vietnam War. Beneath the ground lie 200 km of tunnels, dug by hand and inhabited by the forces of the Vietnamese guerillas during the conflict. At its peak, prior to the Tet Offensive in 1968, the tunnel complex was base to almost 10,000 troops. To this day, it remains one of the most impressive examples of how fierce the war used to be.  You even can try to crawl some dozens of m on the tunnel underground to have the real experience. Return to Saigon.

DAY 9: SAIGON – MEKONG – SAIGON (B/L)

After breakfast at hotel. Picked by at hotel, visit Reunification Palace, the witness of the fierce Vietnam War ended in 1975 and drive heading to My Tho the homeland of coconut and family factories with local products like coconut candy, rice paper,… Upon arrival, embark on the boat cruising on the mighty Mekong River viewing the life to the local people live along the banks. We stop at one of 4 island in the area for sightseeing. Enjoy the fresh tropical fruits served in the heart of the garden accompanied by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music at the plantation. After that you will embark on the small boats rowed the the local people thru the small cannels with water coconut tree to visit the local factories. There you will taste the honey tea and see the local people produce the coconut candy milk and of course you also can try it or stroll in the garden where the locals feed honeybee. After that enjoy the horse-cart trip through the tranquil road of the village. We continue getting on the big boat to visit the vast area. Afternoon, drive back to Saigon with stop to visit Vinh Trang pagoda, a famous pagoda in the area that its architecture is a mix of Chinese, Cambodian, and French culture.
